I am Michele Brecknell, director of the rental and management division of Brecknell Properties, which I run in association with my mother Sandra.
Having grown up and trained with hotelier parents in Jersey, the Channel Islands, my career has always revolved around holidaymakers and the catering industry. I have worked for a number of 5 star establishments including Relais & Chateaux hotels in Jersey, Australia and America.
15 years ago we returned to Europe and settled in Marbella. Again, my involvement was both in the catering industry, and with holiday rentals. I therefore feel confident in being able to offer a very personal and experienced service and am available to discuss your requirements, be it for a week or a winter, a short break or long term rental.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit for all holiday rentals is to be paid upon booking, to secure the reservation. The remaining payment can be paid in cash upon arrival, along with a breakage deposit, which is refunded when the property has been fully inspected and checked within two weeks of departure. For long term rentals, a months rent and two months security deposit is required.
