This unique pueblo clings to the side of the mountain just 5 kms north of the fishing town of San Pedro located on the road to Ronda in the foothills of the Sierra de Nieves. The views are spectacular in all directions, west to Gibraltar and the coast of Africa; south to the Mediterranean and north to the Sierra, and east to the bay of Malaga.

This multi coloured village has captured the true essence of Andalucia with enormous attention to detail. Hilly cobbled streets with fountains and statues at every corner and leading to charming piazzas filled with luxuriant tropical flowers and the sounds of fountains and water falls at every turn. The whole village is a riot of colour peace and tranquillity combined with the charm of the old white pueblos of Southern Spain but with all the advantages of modern facilities.

The town house we are offering has been newly refurbished in the rustic tradition. With terracotta floors, large feature fireplace and vaulted wooden beamed ceilings.

The house has a double and twin-bedded room, both en-suite on the ground floor. Upstairs is a very airy salon, with French windows leading to the ample terrace, with outdoor dining and sunbeds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, and also has a small terrace with table and chairs.

There is a fabulous restaurant in the village offering superb fayre, open 6 nights a week; two swimming pools (one heated); security gates and security guard; parking outside the house; Satellite T.V.; individual air-conditioning units in both bedrooms and the living room.

RENTAL RATES:

LOW SEASON:
04/01 to 01/04 & 01/11 to 20/12 - 525 euros per week

MID- SEASON:
01/04 to 31/05 & 01/10 to 31/10 - 650 euros per week

HIGH SEASON:
01/06 to 30/06 & 01/09 to 30/09 + Easter, Xmas & New Year - 750 euros per week

PEAK SEASON:
July & August - 850 euros per week


AVAILABLE FOR LONG TERM RENTAL AT 900 EUROS PER MONTH + UTILITIES
