La Heredia is a unique and very special village - perched on the hillside overlooking the Mediterranean, above the small town of San Pedro De Alcantara. The house has two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The lower floor has a living room with fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with water filter. There is under floor heating throughout, fans on the lower floor, and air-conditioning in the bedrooms, and the house is armed with an alarm. Through French windows from the living room, is the ample terrace with dining and sunbathing area, half of the terrace has a blind to allow for comfortable outdoor dining in the summer months. The views from here are to the Mediterranean, the mountains and Gibraltar, and the house faces west. There are German and English Satellite systems in the house, plus a telephone line, and parking in an underground garage.
