With beautiful views of the mountains, the villa is located in a prestigious residential area, on a palm-fringed road leading to the Atalaya Park Hotel and beach just 600 meters away. The local supermarket and shops are a short stroll away. San Pedro de Alcantara is 3 minutes away and there is a golf course on the doorstep.

The villa´s garden is a mature, well tended garden with a vast array of flora and fauna. One side of the garden has views towards the mountains, and the other overlooks a valley leading to the Guadalmina Golf Hotel. A covered sun terrace runs along the length of the villa with a barbecue terrace equipped with furniture and lighting, enabling evening dining and entertaining.

The spacious salon/dining room (with Satellite widescreen stereo T.V., stereo C.D., D.V.D., and log-burning fire) leads through double doors on to the shaded terrace.

The Master bedroom has an ornate, Andalucian double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors opening onto to the terrace and garden.. Two more bedrooms with twin beds in each room, share the second bathroom, with a further twin bedroom which has a separate shower room.

Twice weekly maid service of the villa, together with pool and garden service is provided. The staff are employed all year round, the villa being kept in good order at all times. Baby-sitting and extra maid service is available at additional cost.
