This group of three charming villas is set in a 3 1/2 acre estate with beautiful and extensive landscaped gardens. There are mature orchards of olive and citrus, walnut and almond, quince and medlar, as well as a beautifully maintained garden surrounding each villa. There is also a vegetable garden, fish pond and a fountain.

The Estate is just five minutes west of Ronda, on a quiet country lane, in the beautiful Llano de la Cruz valley. To one side of the estate are spectacular views of the Sierra de Ronda and to the other a beautiful vista of fertile, undulating farmland. The property is just over an hour from the international airports of Malaga and Jerez whilst Sevilla and Gibraltar are about one and a half hours away.

The three rental properties are all within the same grounds, but each quite separate as they have their own entrance. There are three private villas, Maridadi, Los Olivos and La Cancela. Each villa has beautiful landscaped gardens, independent entrance and private swimming pool.

Each of the three villas, one five bedroomed, one two bedroomed, the other with three guest bedrooms, have been finished to the highest of standards. All have Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access available, heating when necessary and a full range of built in comforts to ensure that your stay is as stress free, relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

The nearest beach is at San Pedro, less than an hour from Finca Maridadi whilst the unspoilt beaches of the Atlantic coast can be reached in a little under two hours. This is a superb location from which to explore Andalucia.

MARIDADI is a spacious and beautifully appointed family home comprising the master bedroom of 10m x 6m with a very large airy en-suite bathroom with extra large bath, bidet, separate shower and double basins plus four other double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom four and five share a bathroom. All first floor bedrooms have French doors opening on to a large terrace offering wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

This villa has a comfortably furnished sitting room of eleven meters by six meters with satellite TV and a music system. The beautifully appointed kitchen / dining room has a large range cooker, two fridge freezers, and a dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

The Villa has full central heating to keep you cosy in the winter and overhead fans in all rooms to keep you cool during the summer months. There are large terraces surrounding the villa, which includes a large covered patio for alfresco dining.

Maridadi has a fifteen metre swimming pool with an ornamental fountain. The extensive gardens are laid to lawn and contain a wealth of flowers, shrubs and mature trees.

LOS OLIVOS is a self-contained villa with its own entrance, an independent drive and covered parking for 2 cars. The villa has three large double bedrooms, all with their own bath or shower room.

The sitting room/diner is a large, light and airy space with views looking across the landscaped lawned garden and pool (5 x 10m). It has a large fully fitted kitchen. There are 2 separate covered dining terraces for al fresco dining. The house has electric night storage radiators and an open fireplace to keep you snug in winter. All bedrooms have duvets and electric blankets All rooms have overhead fans to keep you cool in summer. The villa has four hob burners, dishwasher and washing machine.
