With the Sierra Crestellina mountains as its backdrop, this villa set in 6 acres of landscaped and wild gardens is a birdwatcher´s paradise and is ideally situated to explore the interior as well as providing easy access to the coast, golf courses, restaurants and shops.

PLEASE NOTE: As this Finca is the owner´s main residence for part of the year it is furnished as a home with books, games, CDs, DVD, videos etc and some antique furniture.

The owners may be in the casita when this is not let with the main house but it is totally self-contained with its own entrance and car park. Rentals have exclusive use of the pool and main house grounds at all times.

MAIN HOUSE
From the front door you enter a large hall with the cloakroom to your right and corridors off leading to the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and the large living area ahead of you. To the right there is a hallway with alcoves on both sides filled with books and access to a double bedroom with en-suite shower and doors out to the garden. Double doors from the dining room and living room lead to a large arched veranda with Moroccan-style day bed, storage cupboard, dining table and chairs. The kitchen door leads out onto a terracotta-tiled terrace with table, chairs and barbeque.

From the hall the staircase leads to the first floor where you will find two large bedroom suites and a small laundry room. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a large arched, covered veranda with sofa, table and rowing machine. The second first-floor bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and double doors leading to a small veranda with views across the Genal valley to Gaucin and beyond.

The swimming pool is 11m x 5m x 1.8m deep with an extensive tiled sunbathing area, sun beds, hammocks, large covered pergola, dining table, pool shower and small pool-side casita with hand-basin, WC, table-top freezer, power points and lights.

Amenities: Sky Satellite TV, Spanish TV, VCR, DVD, integrated sound system. Fans in all living areas and bedrooms. Under floor heating in main living areas, radiators in bedrooms, heated towel rails, log fire in living room. Washing machine, tumble dryer. Linen, towels and cooking utensils provided.

CASITA
The casita is a self-contained 1 bedroom apartment attached to the main house and can be rented in conjunction with the house in July and August. It has separate access through main courtyard. From the front door you enter a small hall with the cloakroom and shower to your right (this is also en-suite to the bedroom). Also to the right is the door to the large double bedroom with access to the casita´s own private garden area. To the left is a corridor leading to the fitted kitchen and large living/dining area with sofa bed which sleeps 2, also with double doors to the garden. The casita has its own Antares Satellite TV (limited package), Spanish TV, DVD, VCR and mini stereo/radio/CD system.

Area Information
Casares is a small village approximately 13km inland from the Costa del Sol. The local activities include birdwatching, hiking and horseback riding.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
33% deposit due on reservation.
Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable damage deposit of €450 to be paid with final balance.
Maid service of 4 hours per week is an additional required cost and billed at €14/hour.
