Should the rental be for 10 days or more, then the price includes maid service to change linen and towels, half way through the rental period.

A deposit for all holiday rentals is 50% of the total rental to be paid upon booking, to secure the reservation. The remaining payment can be paid in cash upon arrival, along with a breakage deposit (50% of the total rental), which is refunded when the property has been fully inspected and checked within two weeks of departure.

LONG TERM PRICE - 5,000 EUROS PER MONTH + UTILITIES

Included within this price is the up-keep of the pool/garden/outdoor areas.

For long term rentals, 3 months rent and 3 months security deposit are required, along with references.
