As we live nearby all properties we manage, we are able to provide on-the-spot service, backed up by a dedicated maintenance team who are on call daily.


OUR WEEKLY VISITS PROVIDE:

A complete check of the interior and exterior of your property, including electricity and plumbing. We open all doors and windows to ventilate and re-fresh the air. We tidy your terrace. In the event of a storm, we make an immediate inspection to check for damage.

We will prepare your property in advance for you, or your guests´ arrival, ensuring that all appliances are in working order.

If required, shopping can be purchased and delivered. All in all, we make sure you have a warm welcome home.

Upon departure, your property will be thoroughly cleaned and laundry attended to.

We will check all appliances, switch off electricity, if requested and carefully secure your home until the next visit.

The Weekly Service Visit costs only €75 per month, plus 16% I.V.A.

Extra Services:-
Watering of terraces/gardens - price depends on size of terraces/garden

Cleaning from €12 per hour

Laundry at cost + 10% service charge for pick-up, delivery & checking

Shopping at cost + 12€ service charge
