Villa Bermeja Features

A truly five star magnificent, recently renovated stylish villa located in the most beautiful setting, in the heart of the La Acedia Valley in Casares, bordering the Natural Park. An ideal rural get-away for all seasons and only a 15 minutes drive from the coast and a 10 minute drive to the famous white Andalusian village of Casares.

The villa provides spacious and extremely comfortable accommodation for 20 people (10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms), 3 living rooms and 3 fully fitted kitchens. The villa is divided into three separate self-contained houses. The main house can accommodate 12, the river guest house river up to 4 people, and a further guest house also 4 people. The villa offers privacy, peace and tranquility in luxurious comfort and is ideal family or group accommodation for a holiday, congress or wedding.

Rental is private and exclusive. If the main villa (and apartment and/or guesthouse) is rented out, the apartment and guesthouse are not rented out to others.

This rustic open plan country residence is set on a 10,000m2 plot with extensive lush gardens with mature fruit and palm trees. The garden offers many private areas, terraces with BBQ's, and amazing walking areas just beyond the gates of the estate. The garden has many authentic details like an old ruin with bread oven, tear ovens, and a rock formation from ancient buildings. The large heated outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by sunbathing areas with lounge chairs, a covered area and BBQ facility. The indoor pool is in a separate building and has a sauna, some fitness equipment, shower and toilet facility.

It is accessed along a gravel road and an automatic gate, taking you to a private drive with ample open parking with a 2 car garage and 3 car covered carport.

The main villa (sleeps 12)

4 x 2 beds, 3 bathrooms + 2 x 2 sofa beds (2m) with 2 bathrooms

The very spacious main villa offers an authentic entrance hall with a cloakroom, main reception room with fireplace, TV and large seating area, 4 luxury double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, a library/double bed with bathroom, fully fitted open-plan kitchen with a big dining area, covered terraces with built-in barbeque.

On the main level there is the large romantic matrimonial bedroom with beamed ceiling, fireplace and double bathroom with round bath. On the side of the property is another lounge/bedroom with bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bathroom and on the lower part is 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. All bedrooms have their own private terrace with furniture.

If the main house and the apartment are rented together, there is an inside locked door where the apartment can have access via stairs, to the main house (entrance hall, living, kitchen, etc). It is ideal to rent together if you are on vacation with family, friends or nanny. The separate guesthouse is 50 meters away from the main villa but on the same estate.

Combined with apartment and guesthouse

If the main house and the apartment are rented together, there is an inside locked door from where the apartment can have access (with stairs) to the main house (entrance hall, living, kitchen, etc). It is ideal to rent together if you are on vacation with family, friends or nanny. Privacy though still together in one accommodation. The separate guesthouse is 50 meters away from the main villa but on the same estate. Of course also very suitable to rent in combination with the main villa and the main floor apartment.

The first floor river apartment (sleeps 4)

2 bed + 2 sofa beds, 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 double sink/shower)

The modern comfortable river apartment can sleep up to 4.  The lower level/main floor is fully self contained, offering a living room with an open plan kitchen, a stylish spacious dining and seating area. The apartment has a big master bedroom with its own bathroom with bath, a double sofa/bed (living) and an extra double bathroom. The guesthouse is fully fitted and has its own washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc..

The apartment has its own front door, from the living a big open gliding window with access to the private flowered garden with a beautiful view to the river,  terrace with BBQ and lounge chairs. Through a small path it has direct access to the pools, big garden, etc.

The separate guesthouse (sleeps 4)

2 x 2 beds, 2 bathrooms (1 bath)

This truly romantic separate guesthouse is fully self-contained, with a stylish living room with fireplace, an open plan kitchen with dining buffet, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (1 bath). The guesthouse is fully fitted and has its own washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc..

The guesthouse has its own access, a private flowered garden with mature fruit trees, a covered terrace with BBQ, dining table and lounge chairs. Through the garden and the driveway it has direct access to the pools, big garden, etc.

Weddings, congresses or big parties

The villa is very suitable to accommodate big groups. For weddings, parties or congresses all facilities can be arranged like tents, catering, cooks, chairs, tables, music, (garden) decorations, lightshow, etc.

12 beds can be separated into single beds.

If more beds are requested there is a possibility (if available) to rent additional accommodation in the valley (500 meters from the villa).

For weddings there is also the possibility to do the official wedding ceremony on the covered terrace by the pool. We have contact with several wedding planners to arrange the special day for you.
